What can we do to get Tim North disbarred? McGovern and McCusker must know.

North was also giving the RA advice in how to cut the Force while he has vested interests in the Rebels.

Just checked Linda Reynolds Twitter she has written to ASIC. Moz are you able to contact 6PR to get them to put up the pod for the interview on their website so it can be sent to the IRB?

Thanks. I wonder if Richard Hawkins is now consulting for the Rebels?

I was encouraged once to make a complaint about a lawyer for overcharging me.

I was quite pleasantly surprised. The WA Law Society complaints manager called me several times after I logged my initial complaint and sent me several emails explaining my options. In the end I settled for small refund, but it was a moral victory for me against a lawyer who ignored my direct emails to him about the matter.

I think the Law Society complaints committee has more "teeth" that most other professional bodies.

Do you include the bloke who said all the constant whingeing and trolling is the reason why nobody else in Australia has our back ANY MORE? He has a point. Say what you have to here and keep finding stuff for ASIC/Senators. Trolling other sites is pretty counterproductive now.

Yes I include him as I have seen his comments before. That is all he contributes to that site. At least Joe for his/her many faults has actually discussed Rugby on there.

Now they have an article about the IPR watch them queue up to lay the boot in to the Force and Twiggy. That's why the Force fans still go on their to defend their corner and the people working for them.

    ANY MORE?
Very few had the Force's back to begin with. I bet Sharpie and Jeremy Paul haven't been back on Foxsports since laying in to the Rebels and the ARU.

Actually IIRC the Fox Rugby crew were on our side almost to a man. Kafer was the only one who was equivocal on the matter. Kearns upset Clyne by telling him to "grow a set" to such an extent that he had a public hissy fit over it. He takes everythin personally as we saw at the senate.

I think the cone of silence has been lowered over Fox/Newscorp employees in the (vain?) hope this will all go away and they will have something viable enough to stem the monetary losses they are copping.

We had plenty of support early. But people not directly affected have mostly moved on. Human nature. New evidence, independent reporting and ASIC/Senate/AFP is what will change that now. Any NEW ammo is the order of the day.

I can't find the article, but I seem to remember Senator Reynolds questioning Pulver and Clyne about the details fothe sale of the Rebels to Cox and of course, for confidentiality reasons they were unable to confirm any details - around the same time, the ABC aired a program that showed secret payments to Imperium from the ARU and - here is my question - was this revealed to the ARU board? I seem to remember reading that there was a question about this. So my next question, if there was a contractual agreement to pay MRRU money over a five year period, why didn't the accountants, KPMG include this as part of the Current and non current liabilities? Surely a firm like KPMG would know that contractual obligations that arise as a result of past events from which an outflow of economic benefits is likely within the next 12 months or longer should be included as CL or NCL - right? Unless the CEO did not reveal the terms of the agreement to the accountant and/or his own board, in which case that would be called misleading and deceptive conduct - right?

Thats what Reynolds is trying to do/say. I am sure current ARU board members have told her or someone close to her that they had no part in a lot of decisions and Clyne/Pulver did a lot off their own bat.
Its acting outside the bounds and remit of a board and organisation. I am sure she is trying to open a door at the ARU for that elusive whistle blower to come forward.

When I looked at the Rebels 13/14 accounts they pushed a lot of money back to the ARU just to post a loss. I could not see where the ARU recognised that revenue the Rebels reported that went their way.

KPMG were just told what they needed to be told. Its a boys club and I am sure KPMG got some very nice Wallaby packages out of it....

From what I saw from Foxsports was a consensus that a side had to go and the wrong one went. No analysis, very little said about the Rebels performances and monetary losses, the Senate Inquiry was raised for about 2 minutes on Kick and Chase with the standard what we already knew which wasn't true (no analysis on what was said and the behaviour of Pulver) and even Cannon wasn't vocal after a while (I doubt by choice). Cameron Shepherd tore the RA apart for their decision. I don't think he appeared on an interview in relation to the fiasco after that.
