I dont read that as ASIC are already investigating ARU and MMRU. It looks like ASIC just providing the financial reports that the senators requested, but providing them about a month too late for the senate report!.

It came out to them a day after the report was issued and from what Robert is saying he is open to receive further information from the Committee.

On the RA's statements for 2014. 2.5 million was loaned to the Rebels in addition to funding provided during the year.

The figures for ACT and WA on page 98 are rotten. That page also includes the grant funding to the Rebels of $9,021,000 includes the write off of loans provided during the reporting period of $4,268,000. Fully provided loans totalling $8,750,000 from prior reporting periods were forgiven and cleared from the balance sheet.

Page 138 features $2.6 million to the Rebels as part of the external sale agreement.

Page 262 a $5.5 million loan to the Rebels in 2013.

Page 322 in the December 2014 in the Rebels report 15.9 million was paid to suppliers and employees. The Shareholders equity makes for interesting reading in their reports.

Page 336 note 17 is about the services to related parties, loan payable of $8.75 million along with $5.5 million from 2013 and the RA. The figures for goods and services to the RA are astounding pity I couldn't cut and paste them. Hospitality and memberships from related parties gets a shout out too.

Maybe, now that the ARU and MMRU financial reports are out in public domain, then you (or Alison) as a concerned member of the public and taxpayer, could provide some feedback direct to Robert. Drop some of some of the real juicy bits and questions right in their laps. (Sorry, finding the holes in detailed financial reports, is a bit beyond my capabilities.)

Ill be honest after going through about 18 pages I have made a declaration to myself I dont have a clue what i am looking at, just how you all seem to read between the lines and can analyse and track these figures is beyond me but I am truely amazed at just how much detail you all can pull from these...

I'm pretty sure Alison used these accounts. Yep, she did a great job with her financial analysis. Still, the more people who can sift through and spot inconsistencies and irregularities between the reports the better.

Not sure what reports that Alison was able to access. ASIC in this statement has provided end of calendar year reports. If you click on the far right corner as the pdf bar with the page number showing pops up. They have bookmarked all the reports so you click on the reports and it brings you to the front page that will show you the reporting date.

The ASIC site brings up four companies when you search for MRRU
