    This waiting is awful and you have the small matter of the IRB meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday. The World Cup meeting on Wednesday is to be held in London. Don't know about the meeting on tomorrow.

    Will be in Tokyo won't it? RWC operates fairly autonomously within World Rugby so it is possible.
