He posts deluded rubbish. He used to post on the Roar and was hounded off by a few regulars for posting repetitive nonsense suggestions that were never going to happen.

Is there any current news on ASIC?

Doesn’t the board meet for the last time today for 2017?

Probably won't for a while in regards to ASIC.

I think the board meeting is today.

If everything goes according to previous indication, the RA have thrown every roadblock they have at it. IPRC won't make a statement because there's nothing to announce and they appear not to want to do it without endorsement

RUPA hold the cards to play. Dean Mumm made a statement about the benefits of the IPRC. The CBA is due to expire in 13 days. RUPA can easily say no PRC, no CBA.

The difference between industry and the public sector. In industry, you don't announce something until every detail is finalized; the ARU/RA announce their intent and then try and work out how to achieve it.

2 points 1 ARU/RA have never announced their intent to utterly destroy WA Rugby, but are clearly working to that end 2 IPRC have made plenty of announcements and don't have a whole lot to show right now. Possibly they are announcing done deals that are then backed out on, but still.....

IMO, the IPRC isn’t going to happen; at least not while the current RA board is still in place. They won’t give an inch as they are beholden to their east coast mates who don’t want anything that doesn’t benefit them to get off the ground. And I don’t see Twiggy spending $millions on something that is not equal in stature to Super Rugby. I think Twiggy will withdraw and cite RA’s intransigence as the reason why. Meanwhile he will continue to provide financial assistance to the amateur game in WA as he has always done.

    So the ARU win essentially.

RugbyWA should have just rolled over back in April, it would have come to the same end game but potentially have salvaged at least some of our affection for the national team.

Asia Rugby should get stuck into RA for scuppering plans for an Asian pro-rugby competition

Heath Tessmann tweeted this to Eugénie Buckley's and IP Rugby's Twitter pages

Great work @DeanMumm ... Disappointed in @RugbyPlayersAus silence/impartiality on the matter though
