It's England time that they are losing here. You don't win the toss and bowl first in Adelaide. Lose time in the evening and they will miss time when it is swing around.

Night session coming up so I won’t be surprised if we’re bowled out for 200 by time the Rugby League World Cup Final ends.

But if you are in Bognor and it's a wet weekend, it can get pretty intense!

    Hahahaha!

    True!

I must say, as a Somerset gal I was VERY happy to see who Overton got as his first ever test wicket!

Only 55,317 as attendance today and the SACA members was full for most of the day. I reckon there must have been 12,000 out the back in village green. Weather was coming up from south, very unusual for this time of year but forecast is improving for rest of the test.

Australia will be kicking themselves after the soft dismissals of Bancroft, Khawaja and Warner.

The biggest concerns for England apart from Root's bizarre decision not to bat is the over rate was atrocious (how much time was wasted with elaborate field settings late in overs), Broad and Anderson were bowling in the mid 120s and lack of overs bowled by Moeen Ali.

Australia doing their best to keep the Poms in the series with 2 lazy/dumb shots and a run out. Some of Joe Root’s fielding positions are puzzling as well, a deep point from the get go for Warner?
