I wonder if the Australian Sports Commission would be interested in a national body so disgracefully trying to destroy a state body.

Either way, and yes we know you are reading this site ARU (i wonder if they have resorted to cyber attacks), this is for you especially -

Given the revelations that the ARU have forgiven the rebels at least $13m, AND Cox has trousered a non refundable ARU gratis of $6m, Hansie and crew should ask for a $1m (not $1) non refundable loan from the ARU....after all WE ARE STILL AFFILIATED

RugbyWA are working very hard to try and map out a plan for the future and I'm sure will be releasing details as soon as they are ready.

Hang tough my fellow sandgropers, our best days are ahead of us!
Absolutely. To be fair a lot of them on Green and Gold aren't like TWAS, etc they just need to be educated on what is really going on, that it takes time and there are tactics involved. Why go to court now when they are still digging up evidence, a Senate Inquiry is ongoing and they are getting embarrassed in the court of public opinion.

A lot of it they are basing their opinions on their own experience and what's selectively been written in the press.

I think many are willfully ignorant and won't learn no matter what facts are told.

It doesn't affect them directly so why should they care?

Hello all, looooong time lurker, first (!) time poster.
What I got out of Pulvers 'reasons' were sour grapes. Taken from the article,

RugbyWA (and its prominent supporters) was highly critical of ARU, management and board and questioned the integrity of ARU’s management processes, values and honesty.

RugbyWA publicly sought to put a “retrospective lens” on the circumstances leading up to the entry into the Alliance Agreement in 2016, including allegations of misleading and deceptive conduct by ARU which contributed to further reputational damage suffered by ARU.

Any 'reputational damage' or 'questions of integrity' are PURELY the fault of the (E)ARU and for them to, firstly, claim that and, secondly, put a dollar value on it, just screams delusion

It does affect them directly if they are involved in grassroots Rugby as they won't see a cent of what was promised by the Clown College.

Hi Cecilia, agreed. Deflecting and downright delusion. If they expect to be considered honest than they need to start telling a straight story.

Give the money directly to grassroots rugby in WA and that will cut out some unbelievable admin cost!

Given what happened to the Force the ARU in its present guise will never become centralised. Not even the Reds are stupid enough to sign up to the risk of getting cut.

Do you think people have made that leap though?

Remember they have not been fucked over day after day for 12 years, we have become hardened and sceptical about everything coming from over there, even before this debacle.

They have not had this, most of the bad times have been self inflicted and they have generally gotten most of what they wanted in the past.

It’s going to be interesting when the next SR team goes to the FUARU with their hand out. After all this crap if they are still handing out dish left right and centre they will once again open them selves up to criticism and for lying to the senate unless they suddenly get a large in put of cash! Bags of Euros dropped of yesterday maybe?

I guess it's time to either go our own way, or convert to another sport and take all the clubs and juniors with it.

I wonder if Asia Rugby would have us as a member national union?

One very sad person. I can't understand the mentality of trolls at the best of times but when they troll with more than one account, I feel a bit sorry for them as they are clearly a little deranged.
