He is increasingly becoming unhinged. I still can't decide whether it is sponsored by the Roar as click bait, or tolerated because they don't know what to do about it.

I've read the NSWRU submission they have put the boot in to the ARU. Where were they when they had the opportunity to stick up for the Force?

WA government has finished, RUPA up now.

WA governments submission was based around communication with the ARU of which there was little except with the Tourism minister. WA government offers were not answered or considered. WA government has major concerns around the transparency of the process, its lack of consultation with the WA government and the mental health effects on the players and their families.

RUPA commissioned a report on expansion to 18 teams in 2014 which found there would be major concerns around the viability of 18 teams, ARU ignored it saying the broadcast increase would be sufficient. RUPA then questioned where the $30 million went and why a reduction in teams was the only option considered by the ARU.

RUPA presented ARU with multiple alternative solutions but were roadblocked by SANZAAR. RUPA accused the ARU of not representing Australian interests at SANZAAR level. RUPA also pointed out that between 2011 - 2015 we won Super Rugby twice and were World cup finalists therefore any suggestions of Australias lack of depth are grossly over exaggerated.

another thing that the WA Government mentioned was that the Vic Gov't told them that their deal is still being finalised.

RUPA accused the ARU of, in basic terms, axing the Force to appease a small but vocal group representing NSW interests.

That's well known as I mentioned that in my submission. Glad Ross said it under oath. Xenos also stated that they tried to negotiate the CBA in October 2016.

RUPA was given a copy of the Alliance Agreement. RUPA has been trying to negotiate a new CBA since mid last year, ARU has blocked negotiations until this week.

No surprise that the ARU still haven't provided that despite being asked to so at the other hearing. I get the vibe that it doesn't exist.
