So, if we have to start another comp, please can we officially leave the ERU? Once we do that, can we be a separate entity as far as IRB concerned? Can we enter the world cup qualifying? Political jurisdiction wouldn't seemn to be an issue looking at scotland and wales.

Related to this please Twiggy pillage as much talent as possible from the ERU playing books.lets bring the ERU down.

Terry, I've thought about this and I'd want a special dispensation from world rugby for WA developed players who would meet all the requirements but have already debuted for an international team to change their allegiance (ie we can keep Dane Curtis, Adam, hodgo, and if we wanted Bambi and Joc)

It's not likely to introduce a dodgy precedent since no other country would be freaking stupid enough to shitcan their third most numerous province.

I would love to know Andrew Forrest real feelings after that meeting and how much of that press release was just utter BS.

What a condescending and patronising media release. Would love to see Twiggy and Geoff's account of the meeting. I don't trust those decietful pieces of crap from the dark side as I far as I could throw them.

This saga gets crazier by the day. The ARU buys our license under duplicitous circumstances. Plan to remove a team without consultation. Sign agreements with SANZAAR to cut a team, still without consultations, public or otherwise, announce a 48-72 hr period for franchises to state a case, ARU create doubt over Own the Force to derail it, all attempts of communication with RugbyWA, WA government and Andrew Forrest to meet with the ARU are rebuffed, meanwhile the ARU is working towards a deal with Victoria that they claimed ignorance of, actively use an agreement signed in good faith by both RugbyWA and the ARU to keep a team to cull a team in arbitration, Force get cut, RugbyWA appeal arbitration, ARU afford a token meeting to Andrew Forrest, again rebuff his generosity, now we await the supreme court tomorrow, more court action imminent, and the threat of senate inquires.
In the background we have, faultering grassroots, disconnection between fans and professional rugby, faultering development programs, faultering national team, financially stricken code, popular opinion of rugby has nose dived, salary cap and Wallaby top ups that encourages an uncompetitive player market, millions being lost into Melbourne, millions being spent buying our players back from Europe on inflated wages, lowest Bledisloe crowd in Sydney in history, womens rugby being neglected and sponsors walking away, ARU signing up bad contracts that commit them to overspending because they have lost control of the franchises they fund, AFL making inroads into ARU heartlands, 3 senior management officials resigning, calls for the board to be sacked, calls for an overhaul of Australian Rugby, calls for Wallabies coaches to be sacked, public denials of all of the above and a lot of pissed of fans.

And we still have 4 more months of 2017 to go.

I'm pretty sure at the press conference when he announced the Force was cut Clyne specifically said it was nothing to do with performance, it was all financial.

so the claim that it was financial has been proven incorrect, the claim that it was performance needs very little scrutiny to be proven incorrect...simply put it was all about commitment to SANZAARs requirement to cut a team and the Force were the only one they could.....

I wonder what the reasons for the knockback were? Would really like to know if there's some serious deep shit the ARU are in that SANZAAR is holding over them. Some transparency would be welcome.

Screw them to the wind to get the new league players access to the wallabies. Then make a promise not to poach any current or formal pathway players from the eastern states. Then go grab as many Australians playing in the northern hemisphere As possible. Small list below. Burgs lists are better http://twf.com.au/showthread.php?t=38811

I am starting to think that the formulas in the spreadsheet are not working, surely if the end result showed they were in dire financial straights plugging in $50 m should show a better than expected end result, there's seems to show the same result!
