Easy, chuck him the same question we throw at every one who whines about the RWA Board - Why don't you go to an AGM and put your hand up if you can do better?

Hans, you know I sit on the fringes of WA Rugby as a fan, spectator and very past contributor, but you also know we've had direct contact outside this forum with phone calls and emails, do I think I have an idea what kind of bloke you are. The public face is one of a man who is committed and passionate about improving WA Rugby, privately I don't think much is different.

I'm not exactly sure how lining Bob lake's pockets is supporting WA rugby, but there you go.

You do have some Ned dies bias though

Maybe Hansie ought to have a chat with his mate Alan Jones (well, a couple of radio interviews makes you a sort of mate!) about joining a boycott of the Bob Lake Lunch

Problem is Alan Jones is keynote speaker on that same event.

Precisely, if Alan Jones pulled out there would be no keynote speaker

Most people don't realise that apart from CEO, all RWA board positions are volunteer. This usually deters the "mondays experts".

If the reaction around this joint reflects the attitude of the wider Rugby community of WA he could be speaking to an empty room.

If anyone's going to make personal attacks on twf it will be me, not some jonny-come-lately. Just had a look at that blokes Facebook page; the guy's a peanut.

I'm putting it out there to all twfers, Boycott Rugby Lunches and if anyone ever gets to meet BL, take a swing at him from all of us. And give him a kick for Hansie.

Bob's now busy trying to reword his previous remarks - and everyone else has a poor choice of words. He's just SOOOOooooooo misunderstood.

A second check of Bob whatshisnames Facebook page indicates he has done this before ie organised a cricket test lunch and expected politicians to take a table and when they couldn't make it, he unleashed his vitriol on them.

Bit of a pattern emerging. If people don't do what he wants so he can have his ego stroked and get photos of himself and various celebrities to place on his Facebook page then he has a dummy spit.

I repeat my call to Boycott Rugby Lunch functions. Why encourage this guy.

All real rugby people should support the Wests or Neddies lunches. At least you'd know the proceeds would be going back to grassroots clubs.

Bobby Lake used to be Neddies bar manager back in the day maybe even back in Gunnies day and let's just say his bookkeeping practices were about on par with the ARU's financials. Got punted and hasn't been seen down there since. Would like to know what happens to all the proceeds from these lunches he runs.

Doesn't have the runs on the board to bag volunteers.

You can come and sit on my table at Wests luncheon anyway Hans, as much Export as you can cram in for 4 hours and then it's on.

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on.
