So you've never done any recursive object oriented programming then, have you.

THe arbitration decision is a simple case of recursive abstraction. with maybe a little polymorphic inheritance going on.

My recollection is that the original press release from SANZAAR was the changes to the no of teams in Super Rugby was able to happen because the broadcast partners had agreed to an amendment in the no of teams for the same revenue and terms of the broadcast deal through to 2020.
So I see coming down to the following to decide the decision.
Was a new deal written up and signed or an amendment to the original deal signed?
    Amended Force win.
Was this done prior to at the SANZAAR press release?
    If after see next question.
Was the new or amended deal signed after the Force put an injunction on the ARU over the alliance agreement?
    If after Force win.

    Hello Ken,

I am writing to you as a proud supporter of the Road Safety Western Force, the Qantas Wallabies and a constituent of Hasluck. I am not sure you are aware but in recent months the Australia Rugby Union (ARU) have made the decision to retract Australian Super Rugby Teams in Australia in favour of overseas clubs namely the Japanese Sunwolves. This decisions means that the Road Safety Western Force has had its license to participate in the Super Rugby Competition revoked by the ARU. The manner in which the ARU has conducted it self during this process is shameful and from the outside view seems duplicitous considering that the ARU CEO vowed that Super Rugby would be represent in Western Australia and indeed signed an Alliance Agreement with RugbyWA to that effect a little over a year ago until 2020. It is becoming apparent although not proven that during or shortly after this agreement was signed senior ARU officials started working on the retraction of the Road Safety Western Force, three of these senior officials have handed their notice to resigned in the last 4 months. This has meant that RugbyWA has had to take up legal proceedings against the ARU to protect the interest of the Western Australian public which is currently before the courts. The ARU has the power of Veto in the SANZAAR partnership and yet has put foreign interests ahead of its duty towards the Australian players and public. If the ARU continue with this process Rugby will no longer be a National footprint with further damage to Western Australian Rugby forecast with the retraction of the Perth Spirit from the National Rugby Competition (NRC). No solid proof or selection criteria has been offered to the rugby public as to why the Road Safety Western Force have been chosen as the scape goats of the ARU’s decision.

To this cause I am concerned over two issues:
-How much (and future) Federal Funding the Australian Government has given in good faith to support rugby in Australia and what oversight has been placed on the ARU spending this money? The ARU by its actions this year has not inspired confidence or fiscal responsibility that Australian tax payers money has been a good investment.
-The effect on Western Australians and specifically the participants and supporters of the Kalamunda Bulls Rugby Club as the ARU remove their support for young players in Western Australia.

    Some Facts:
RugbyWA’s junior participation rates are the fastest growing area in Australia with more and more kids taking up the sport with one of the most important factors rugby union has over some other sporting codes is the ability to cater for children of all shapes and sizes.
Road Safety Western Force coming second in the Australian Conference with an equal number of wins as the top ranked Brumbies.
Four Western Australian Wallabies coming through RugbyWA programs and teams representing Australia in that 2 years. With Curtis Rona scheduled to play the All Blacks this weekend adding to Dane Haylett-Petty, Kyle Godwin and Richard Hardwick's test caps.
Perth Spirit current Champions of the NRC

We have been aware that the Force & ARU made an alliance agreement with a clause stating that the force would part of super rugby under the broadcast agreement.
We are also aware that the ARU has made a new agreement,we assume with Foxtel & SANZAAR based on 15 teams only.
The important bit is we have not seen the new agreement,or when the final draught was put into stone prior to the arbitration hearing. No discussion with the Force was ever made even though it would be transparent to do so.
And finally this new agreement was watertight and written to completely make any prior agreements to be null & void.

    Interesting read https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/www....ourt-judge/amp

" But when asked, more importantly, who he supports in the cricket and the rugby, the reply was instantaneous: “Australia and Australia on both counts,” he said, explaining that his link to Australian rugby has been all the more strengthened by the fact that he has “in the last number of years, been retained by the rugby union players association, and have done most of their legal work”.
