Bloody cheek. Cheika has had bugger all to do with the development of Adam. He's been turned into a world class player by the Force. Wallabies are going backwards under Cheika, Force going forwards with Dave Wessels....
I reckon Cheika had some input probably not as much as the Force coaches who would see him every week. But I laugh that they credit it just to coaches, personally I think Adams success is of his own making with attitude and desire to compliment his obvious size and skill.

Peni was great for us before he was injured and I am really looking forward to him running in a brace against the rebels. It's great to see him put ink to paper.

Completely agree Phill - we could see from the previous 2 seasons that he should have been a wallaby and he only got the "chance" in the end due to injuries. He plays well for the first 2 or 3 games then everyone is talking about his name being the first on the Wallaby teamsheet and well done Cheika for finding him - complete bollox - if anything Cheika has filled him full of $hit regarding "being a mongrel" and now sometimes loses his temper trying to "play up to" Cheika's bullyboy tactics.

If Cheika had come to Perth and taken a look at Coleman 2 seasons ago, he would have been a regular then.

Fox sports has rated Adam the highest of the Wallabies in the June test series 9/10

I know the Wallabies didn't shine during the series but this shows how highly Adam s being regarded.

Ink that paper son, you know you want to!

We would have done a whole lot better in the World Cup too. Imagine Coleman and Arnold locking instead of those two muppets!

I am not sure he was as good as he is now, I think he has developed a lot in the last couple of years.

    Lance Locked In Until 2018

The Road Safety Western Force continue to strengthen their side for 2018, with the re-signing of classy flyhalf Jono Lance for next season.

Lance, currently sitting on 49 Super Rugby caps, has played 10 matches for the Force this season before being struck down with a broken hand and will be looking to pick up where he left off against the Rebels in Round 16.

The former Australian Sevens representative says he looks forward to a future in the West and is excited about what this team can achieve.

“I’m really pumped to be staying in Perth,” he said. “The last two years have been really exciting for me, I feel I’ve made Perth my home now and really enjoying the group of guys here, it’s our own little family.”

Lance went on to say that the future of professional rugby in Western Australia is a bright one and looks forward to progressing his career in the Force blue.

“I think you get a good vibe from the crowd and the fans that are out there, and how passionate they are about rugby.

“This is my third team and I can safely say the fans here are as good as you’ll get. They stick around through the tough times, they get behind you when you need it and I know something is building in this team so it’s going to be great when we get to share that with them.”

Road Safety Western Force Attack Coach Shaun Berne says the re-signing of Lance is another quality addition to the 2018 squad.

“Jono adds a lot of experience in a vital position for us. He’s won two Super Rugby titles with two different teams and has a very good understanding of what that takes.”

“He’s a very abrasive defender and prepared to play forward at the line on attack. It’s fantastic that he’s decided to stay with us.”

Only for a year. Is that all the ARU would agree to pay out on in the event they succeed in getting rid of us?

Of the (roughly) 8 who have signed since the embargo was lifted, 7 are until 2019. Perhaps your tin hat is clouding your judgement, Ali.
Either that or the stress of this bloody saga.
