What do you mean bad news, the government recognised us as a tier one sport. I am gonna take a page out of AFL's book. Hey WA Government, we want our own ground for free and bulk handouts please!

Also, they wouldn't be point scoring the contract if they thought it would be adverse to the Force staying in the competition. I actually think the confidence they have in questioning the former government on this issue is a great sign that they think the Force are safe.

With how McGowan approached the issue when the club was threatened with extinction, I doubt he would be dumb enough to question this contract if he hadn't been given some security that the Force looked safe.

I wouldn't give too much credit to any politician, especially if they think they can get one over an opponent in the opposition camp.

When it comes to the overwhelming issue about having NIB Stadium used by more than one sporting code, I think they would put point scoring to the side if they thought it would risk the Force IMO...Too much to lose on this issue, with little gain.

Pretty sure the Sponsorship had very strict criteria around using the team members for their Advertising campaigns... i seem to remember some advert about going to bed early?
