Kalamunda, I was thinking 6 to 8 weeks sounds like pretty much the end of the season. Especially for the Aussie sides.

I can imagine how the ARU announce the change - they just release the 2018 Fixtures with the "chopped" team having a BYE each and every week.

Maybe they don't have the courage to do anything- just gutlessly waiting for a team to wither on the vine/ finish bottom / leak disillusioned players to NH/ lose supporter momentum / not get 5000 own the force commitments because of the uncertainty

Maybe the cynical bastards are hoping that all the fringe players, Hooper, Cooper, Moore etc start feeling a bit wary and all sign for NH clubs while all the uncertainty is going on!

I actually don't trust the ARU enough to believe that this couldn't be true. And my tin foil hat is only very new.

Keep it out of court and make the teams pay legal fees preparing their cases first one broke loses. Mccusker is working for free isn't he? Laval legal is a long time supporter and will be discounting for sure.
