    Glory moving to HQ

Little birdie just told me that Perth Glory will be moving into what used to be the Force Superstore down at HQ.

It seems a bit of an axe went through the Force admin last week, so I am assuming the ARU have the reins now.

The Wallabies - Still the only team to score tries and win away from home in both, yes both its World Cup victories!

I vote - and I want a proper rectangular stadium in Perth!

Not just admin - local medical staff too. Am really pissed off about that given the years of exemplary service and support those staff have given. "Investing in People" doesn't seem to be part of the new ethos. Guess that's what happens when the bean counters are in charge.

The Glory have been using the offices and gym facilities at Underwood Avenue for a year or so, I thought.

Continuation of the take-over by soccer!

Could be. They are clearly desperate to slash and burn everything bar the bare bones in the quest to remain financially afloat.

Medical staff is an interesting one to cut.
Can see the sense in admin though; that can be outsourced.

Glory moving in is great too. They pay rent and tops up the accounts that are bit more.
This isn't nessecarily a sign of impending doom.

Completely agree, given the mentality of the two sports, they probably don't compete ... so it's normal team sports on rectangular pitches v the funny rubbish on round pitches !

Combining the medical staff makes sense and saves money, plus similar injuries. Just need the right balance if both teams are on the road ...

Rugby player dont trip over blades of grass and then flop around like untrained seals.

Soccer medical staff wouldn't have much experience with neck injuries or concussions.

Apparently Perth Glory took it upon themselves to put up a heap of Glory Signage across the old Force Superstore where their office have been located to, only to have Mr Sinderberry tell them in no uncertain terms to get rid of it as they are only there as a temporary measure
