    Absolutely agree Shasta.

But I think he's shown his naivety as an international coach when it comes to keeping a lid on things. I'm sure he'll learn a lot from this year & hopefully it will leave the Wallabies in a better place going forward.

Ella has a point about the players playing out of position though.

With all the players and pathways setup now what is really missing is coaching pathways.

    Enough said.

Really people? I disagree with those blokes on lots of issues. Bunch of knob heads in many of ways. But I'd never knock them about how many Test caps they earned. Ability is one thing. Desire drive and sheer graft are different, and it takes shitloads . Lachlan McKay, one of the most unlucky players we've seen has more Caps than the rest of us put together. Even the blokes we reckon shouldn't have ever been in the Test squads worked bloody hard to just to get in the conversation. Slag off their opinions all you want, but a little perspective wouldn't go astray either.

OK, probably a reasonable comment Shasta, but let's have a look at the stats (maybe I should get Andrew M onto this)
Glen Ella, 4 Caps, number of idiotic comments to the media 150,000
Brett Papworth, 16 Caps, number of idiotic comments to the media, 200,000
Greg Martin, 9 caps, number of idiotic comments to the media, 23.45 billion.
John Eales, 86 Caps, number of idiotic comments to the media 12

I'm not sure I can define the line of best fit accurately, but there is a clear trend forming.
