Any idea on when we might see a deed of incorporation, constitution, prospectus etc with details of how this is going to work and where the funds will be applied?

A good start but I suggest that there will be a lot of people who will be holding off until they hear a little bit more information about how this is all going to work.
The ARU's inadvertent snow job on saying that it's only for a year will scare people until there is word from the Force debunking that notion.

Any comment on whether our petition is a help or a hindrance to this initiative, or to RugbyWA more broadly? We would hate to detract from anything you are doing, but really want the ARU to know how passionate we are over here!!

The initial info indicated that the money is payable over 12 months, either in installments or lump sum.

Exile, a lifetime ago (or so it seems now) I put a lot into WA rugby, one way or another.

At the end of the time of my active involvement, RugbyWA owned the Force, and as a life member of a constituent club of RugbyWA, I felt I owned a little bit of it too.

Then RugbyWA got hijacked by rent seekers, who threw out the rules, overturned the rights of ownership, and, when the whole concept was stuffed, gave it away to the ARU for a bean bag full of empty promises.

Now I'm expected to buy it back?

I don't think so.
