All 3 of my stuff ups during the renewal process last year were "processing errors" by some bird in the membership team at RugbyWA because she admitted it to me over the phone.

3 phone calls and still no test match tickets from last years membership pre purchase for NIB. So far lost in post lost via email so reverting back to express post. Got asked my addresses both times when they are part of my membership information. Frustrating

I didn't get mine emailed, but I went into the ticket website and printed it off.

Looks like my auto renewal has worked perfectly, from the early letters and emails to the $$coming out and receipt sent.

10/10 so far this year for me

Here am I in canada trying to find out about the 4 tickets I purchased and it is just too hard!!

Finally someone at HQ realized I owed them 90% of last year's membership - wonder how many others got that email

Just tell them you only went to 10% of the games
