    But as is frequently forgot, it has nothing to do with RWA. Last year's shambles was associated with ticketing and memberships being centralised under the ARU for "efficiency".

    All 3 of my stuff ups during the renewal process last year were "processing errors" by some bird in the membership team at RugbyWA because she admitted it to me over the phone.

    3 phone calls and still no test match tickets from last years membership pre purchase for NIB. So far lost in post lost via email so reverting back to express post. Got asked my addresses both times when they are part of my membership information. Frustrating

    I didn't get mine emailed, but I went into the ticket website and printed it off.

    Looks like my auto renewal has worked perfectly, from the early letters and emails to the $$coming out and receipt sent.

    10/10 so far this year for me
