    Lions v Highlanders

Lions 35-11 up with 20 minutes remaining. They are taking it to the Highlanders.
Ackerman has worked miracles there. Proves what can happen with a good coach who gets a relatively unknown roster playing as a team

Why the Lions took a second string side to Argentina in the final week of the regular season will stump historians until the end of time.

Looking a profoundly dumb decision now, that's for sure. I'd be massively pissed if I was a supporter - they've been suffering even longer than us!

Agreed but the Hurricanes in Wellington will be a tough ask.

Will be a cracker of a final.

Lions gave been coming along for a few years now, won the Currie Cup recently. The entertainers, Ackerman has been the missing part of the puzzle. Set for a great final; hopeboth teams are able to attack.

Bugger! A full house for a grand final at Ellis Park would have been a big boost for the game, would've been the big event spectacle Super Rugby needs at the moment.

Would have been great for the Lions after being such a horrible side for most of the existence of Super Rugby.

The team has done incredibly well since they changed their name from the Emirates Western Force to the Emirates Lions. Party in Dubai if they win this Saturday!
