This obsession that people have with Hodgo is doing a lot of damage to the Force.
He is 35 years old, seems to be always injured and just isn't the player he used to be.
It seems like he is treated like some kind of magic talisman and whenever he can't play the Force are screwed before the game starts.
Personally I think he should just finish up and stop retarding the progress of players like Dickie Hardwick who was brillant last week and Kane Koteka.
Nothing worse than watching an absolute champion warrior hang round just a little bit too long, you are only remembered for your last game and Hodgo wouldn't be doing himself or the Force any justice.

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

I do agree with you westie that hodgo should retire from the field and have a role in the coaching arena with the force.. Yes we need to get the like of kane and Richard in the fold.. Hodgo ha been a great player and deserves being part of the western force

Hodgo may be 35 but he's been bloody good this season and provides the leadership that's required both on the field and off it. He's got at least another season in him while the new guys learn their trade. Right now, we need the stability he brings.

I did the survey, but didn't pin my membership renewal on the signing of hodgo. I did talk about recruitment being a key decision pointer though.

Said much the same as Gunny. Also about getting a decent coach.

Better staff, better tactics, better skills.

Also, there was a question regarding which membership incentives did you know about or use (free travel, $20 voucher in the team store, etc). I don't use any of them, but it wouldn't let me submit the questionnaire until I chose at least one option.
