Philip's Stat looks pretty bad for someone fresh, in the same time he was on RHP was involved in 8 rucks while he was only involved in 3!

He appears a bit raw/young but has potential.
Carries the ball too high into contact which makes him easy pickings.
I hope we get to see him more in the NRC.
