Apathy? Wait and see who does what?
Maybe more guests than members visiting?

Not based upon the comments snob, I think the two reasons are
Some are in the same boat as me, waiting to see what the outcome of the takeover brings before deciding how they feel.
Others are definitely renewing, but a long way from excited and therefore there isn't an option for them

Yeah, I'm more: Naturally pessimistic, but will get another year's membership anyway

I suppose, I could have voted for: Same same, though!

Surely can't be worse then this year.

    - Memberships sent out late
    - Issues with payment being taken out
    - my cousin and his son who I go with, we linked our memberships to sit together, I ended up in upper tier and them in lower tier.
    - cards not working at the ground

    Was utter shambles.

In reality - i just cannot justify the expense of a gold membership next year. and i want to start bringing my boy along as well.

I think i will keep going no matter what.

I would like, after 11 years, to keep up my membership. However I doubt that I will be able to afford to do that next year regardless of what I want.

If Foley is retained as Coach, then it's goodbye from me, I'll put my time into my Club and the local comp., something which Foley has never been seen at.

On a positive note, I too had mega-trouble renewing our memberships for 2016, and after trying many times without success to renew using the on-line system, calling the help line multiple times and getting no answers, leaving messages for the membership team at reception, sending emails to the membership email address and getting no replies etc, I had given up and flown back to site in late October.

On the second to last day for membership renewals (the last Thursday in October, I think) a pro-active and very polite lady from the membership team rang my wife to remind us that we would be surrendering our seats if we didn't renew by the end of October. My wife told her that we had wanted to renew but had given up because of the on-line system, whereupon the efficient lady from membership said that she would renew it there and then, which she did in the space of about 2 minutes.

A few weeks later, the cards arrived, for the correct class of membership and for the correct seats (i.e. the same seats that we had in 2015).

I can only hope that the polite and efficient lady from memberships who helped us last year will survive the inevitable purges after the ARU takes over.

I think they were really hampered by problems with the new IT system last year. And added to that, we now know the franchise was in complete turmoil because of its financial situation. I genuinely think the poor beleaguered staff did the best they could in very difficult circumstances.

Given their financial fuck up scenario, lack of crowd, brass monkey cold winter weather and didn't they sell their assets and get moved away from their training facility - why are the brumbies not being moved to Western Sydney?

Out side of pornographers and politicians and those who service those industries (could be the same person) who else lives in ACT?

With the Rebels and Force now in place - figure the Brumbies may jump at that chance
