Yeah, do you think your Dad coached him well enough in his early years?

    2 good tries for Yamada

Anyone got a clue why he never got a game for us last season?
He's the competitions top try scorer ffs. Surely our coaches must have seen SOME potential in him?

It was important for badge to get the runs, and he was here more on a trainee type role knowing he would be heading back to Japan.

Also the win against SA gave them legs they never believed they had before.

    What Tazzmania said, and...

From those I've chattered to when available - game days etc.

I understand that he considered that he didn't have to do anything to be selected.

Foley told him, just like the rest of the team, he needed to work hard at training to EARN his place over other contenders.

Perth was a holiday - or so it seems.

This photo says a lot about Hodgson.
NEVER gives up when so many others do.
How often can the last minute contact cause a knock-on?

He's a winger who scores tries therefore not apart of Foley's game plan.

These tables show just how uneven the fixture has been to date.

Only the Brumbies have played more teams in the top half - and won only 2.
Only the Force has had to play the 4 top NZ teams in consecutive weeks - 3 away.

    FORCE
Play the 2 remaining teams in the top half at HOME. Get behind them Sea of Blue..
A win in Bloemfontein would be very nice.
2 Aust teams away. (I'm going to Melb hoping to see a win! Have I ever said how much I dislike losing to the Rebels?)

    REBELS
A tough run home, playing 3 in the top half - 2 away plus Brumbies (at home).

    WARATAHS
Still to play 5 in the top half - but 3 at home.

REDs - Still to play 3 in the top half + Brumbies & Rebels.

    BRUMBIES
    The easiest run home.
Expect them to finish on top of the Aust teams.

Do you think Luke Morahan's responded to Cheikas comments on Rugby360 recently re Wallabies call up? He's really engaged the last couple of games and not so much a turnstile.

Yes it is so unfair that the force have to play all the teams above them on the ladder 😳

The sad reality is that ALL of the Australian teams have more teams above them than beneath them.

From 22 games against the top half Australian teams have won 4, drawn 1. Obviously the Force has lost ALL of theirs.

A sad state for Australian rugby.

It's only this crazy Conference system that will guarantee an Australian side in the finals.

This is the first season of the 18-team expanded Super Rugby but any reasonable assessment of the fixture confirms that the Force has ended up with the rough end of the pineapple on all counts. Including less games at home (as we all know).
So that's just the luck of the draw?

But everything will be OK (NOT!!) as we've been told that it will be evened up next year!
Probably a bit late for some!
