BTW what is latest word on Luke Burton. Still recovering? Have really missed him in the Spirit team. What exactly is his injury?

Luke is out till December.

He was in a moon boot when I last saw him, not sure of the exact injury.

He is pretty positive and upbeat that he will get over the injury and come back stronger.

Frankly, I think it's better for Luke to miss the NRC. He seems to be rushed back following his various injuries and getting re-injured. I think he needs a full pre-season to harden the body up and get him match-ready

Meakes and Rona join the likes of Jono Lance, Dane Haylett-Petty, Luke Morahan and Peter Grant in the back line. In the forwards, captain Matt Hodgson has decided to stay on for another year, front row stalwart Pek Cowan returns, while Test-capped hooker Nathan Charles has moved on. Wallaby debutant Adam Coleman will anchor the second row and it is hoped that joining him will be Richie Arnold, the brother of Wallaby Rory Arnold.
