I am not sure if this is fixable in the short term. The rot started right at the beginning when a lot of 2nd rate players were recruited through the recruitment company of one of the coaches.

Maybe someone can enlighten me about how the chain of responsibility works for the Force and WARU. If what Choice tells us here is true then it means that the original Force CEO was making poor decisions (I think we all know this was the case from so many other incidents) and the board was also incompetent (did not have control over their employee). So who is keeping an eye on the board? Have the problems of the past been acknowledged and addressed? Does anyone know.
