Just spoke to the memberships team to enquire about my upgrade and also mentioned I haven't received an email yet and was told that they are sending the emails out in batches as they have a new system that they don't want to overload.
Its a new look with new address (which seems to link with the brumbies for a receipt, as per my picture from before). I had to change my password.

This happened to me too but I received a call from the membership team telling me it was a mistake and that the amount would be refunded and then they would fix it up on Monday to ensure it was paid over the 10 payments
I rang yesterday and they reversed the charge in full. I've tried to renew twice today using the part payment plan and it keeps saying the charge is the full amount.
So when did the boss put a camera in the office ??
