    Doesn't help me though given I've been in the cheap seats, I just waited until the snail mail got to me and renewed via bpay.

    Just spoke to the memberships team to enquire about my upgrade and also mentioned I haven't received an email yet and was told that they are sending the emails out in batches as they have a new system that they don't want to overload.

    Its a new look with new address (which seems to link with the brumbies for a receipt, as per my picture from before). I had to change my password.

    This happened to me too but I received a call from the membership team telling me it was a mistake and that the amount would be refunded and then they would fix it up on Monday to ensure it was paid over the 10 payments

    I rang yesterday and they reversed the charge in full. This morning I was able to renew the membership in part payments. to Western Force membership team (and the bank for being so quick, I suppose)

    I've tried to renew twice today using the part payment plan and it keeps saying the charge is the full amount.
