Please don't use bipolar disorder as an insult, it's very unfair to those of us who are unfortunate enough to have had our lives devastated by this horrible illness.

    Thank you.

    Wanneroo 4s beat there 3s
    Paly 4s beat there 3s
    Kala 3s beat there 2s
There were a couple of instances of this in the bottom grade - Soaks and Cott All Stars. Shit, those guys flogged every other team, and it is not much fun having an inexperienced team playing those blokes.

The Cott 10 was getting conversions, from the half way line in a hurricane. Almost all sports have grading rounds which puts the team against equal oppositions. Those two teams should never have been in 5th grade. Cott had two teams in the one grade, why couldn't that team be 4th grade?

Rugby is a game for the mentally deficient… That is why it was invented by the British. Who else but an Englishman could invent an oval ball?

Interesting, a few of that jovial group should/could/would have been on the field, but weren't, the reason - the same lack of application and poor discipline which was so publicly displayed. Thankfully the Neddies crowd managed hold their liquor, proclaim their team, and enjoy themselves without any of this type of crap.

I'm sure if you looked in alot of the championship clubs there would be a few players who should definitely be playing up in the premier grades too.
Exactly. This year Palmyra really hammered home the in order to play you have to train Tuesday and Thursday and if you don't you going to be playing and possibly coming back via the lower grades. In the final weeks of the season our 3rd/4th grade on a Tuesday night might have had 15 blokes down training from two sides.

A few of the younger boys in our 4th grade didn't even want to play this year until a few of the blokes who were playing got into their ears.

No idea if Paly were loading their 4th grade or not, but in the past the clubs most guilty of loading teams come finals time have been Paly and Neddies. The latter do it so professionally you almost have to admire them.

So admire them, I do ... look where the teams are mid season and if there's a good chance you can work wonders and suggest to players that they play here & there and all of a sudden you have numerous payers eligiable for almost three different teams with 4 games to go. You could almost work with specific positions of hooker, locks, fly half, centres to ensure the side's backbone is covered.

It's called a mid season review and should be done by most clubs around the world.
