Cooper gets bad press but Toomua was toilet. Toomua's brain explosion kicks between the 43-50 minute mark gave the allblacks fantastic counter attack ball which they filled their boots with. Maybelline Nonu, complete with mascara and playing opposite Toomua in the 12 jersey carved the mid field like he was the fat kid playing under 8's. Toomua was MIA. Maybelline also dotted past the chalk twice.

Palu was short of a gallop. Personally I would have cleared the cobwebs against the USA and started Pocock.

Skelton is too slow to play the Blicks but I suppose with the weather forecast, it was worth a gamble. The Palu/Skelton selections were primarily based on getting the lads ready for our "pool of death" at RWC. These lads give us the firepower to match the poms.

We don't have a world class 8. The end. If we play the allblacks, we start Pocock and Hooper. Against the European teams, we need an 8 that can jump so that we can carry Skelton.

We were shite. We got towelled.

We won the rugby champuionship and we beat the allblacks for the first time in 4 years. lets focus on the good stuff.

The hammering at Eden park will be a good wake up call. There is some areas that need to be improved to win a world cup.

It was the loss we had to have.

The Rugby Championship is a fine piece of silver to win.

The Bledisloe will have to wait until next year. Frustrating, but there is a bigger trophy to win. No point dribbling in our beer. Time to man up, harden up, step up, sharpen up.

At the end of November 2014, we were a laughing stock. Now we are the southern hemisphere champions and we are coming to spoil the party at the Poms' own world cup.

    I believe

....and there are few things in this world as cranky and irrational as one that has come out of hibernation while it"s still winter.
