THE ‘Honey Badger’ is back and more hilarious than ever.

Nick Cummins might have missed out on the Wallabies squad for The Rugby Championship but the Force winger has enhanced his reputation as one of the funniest men in world sport.

The Badger and Brumbies halfback Nic White are in the United States to promote Australia’s Test against the USA at Chicago’s Soldier Field on September 5.

Major American TV network NBC dispatched an intrepid reporter to learn about rugby from Cummins and White, who missed the cut for the Wallabies’ 31-man squad.

But she was left more confused than when she started as the Badger explained the nuances of his rough and tumble sport.

“You can get arrested for jumping on another man in the public so it’s one of those things, you can do it legally and all in good fun, all in good spirits,” Cummins said, before completely veering off track and offering advice to any female American viewers seeking love Down Under.

“If you’re a single sheila and you’re trying to find an Australian bloke, you duck off down there to Australia, you go to the Red Centre, you’ll find there’s a few shearers, a few stockmen and there you will find an Australian bloke.”

Cummins then informed the audience that he had played rugby for years without wearing a mouthguard, until: “I finally got a whack on the gob.”

“On the what,” the reporter inquired.

“On the mouth, on the laughing gear, we call it.”

Cummins also discounted the prospect of the Wallabies creating their own war dance to combat the All Blacks’ haka.

“We could bounce around like kangaroos and sort of fight back but I think we just save that for the game, you know.”

While not blessed with the same comedic stylings as Cummins, White also had his moments in the interview, conducted at a training clinic for aspiring youngsters.

“I had one kid just then ask me ‘do I practice on kangaroos?’ I don’t,” White deadpanned.

The piece then ends with Cummins bouncing away, not like a badger, but like a kangaroo.

Cummins and White’s US tour also includes a baseball game and a Taylor Swift concert.
