So easily fixed!
If the whole upper of the jumper was gold (including collar) with the green on the flanking/rib panels.
Keeping the grip tape to the front, but adding it over the shoulders (if it isn't there already) for added stick in the tackles.
If the designers are hell bent on the Southern Cross. Have it to a good proportion of size on the right shoulder/sleeve in the green of the flank panels.

Was contemplating on the green flank, left side where I've seen most Ozzies have the tattoo, but figured that would become a direct target to any opposition player.
Rather we lay some BOOM!! on the opposition, with it! (If we are going for symbolism, and all that)
