For a start we need a shitload more cash to attract talent! We have shown we can develop talented locals and I'm sure we will continue to do so, but without a significant increase in funding (no hope the ARU will do it) we will never really challenge teams with $millions more than us. Cant see us ever winning this comp with the current funding (we already make a loss).
