Feedback to HQ about Members Packs

Pretty upset that despite numerous attempts since receiving my letter that I haven't been able to get a Hat at either NIB or the Rebel sports stores that I have gone to. Still got the slip but hats are gone apparently?

My rebel sport was out of pack when I went, so I went to the store. I like the hat, good quality.

I had no problem picking up my membership pack

Like a lot of people the only problem was the availability of hats.
