Feedback to HQ about Members Packs

I have been asked to get some comments about the Members Packs for HQ to consider in their review this year.

In particular they would like to get some feedback about what you like and don’t like within the packs as well as the pack collection process (letter & Rebel Sport).

HQ will be keeping an eye on this thread so any feedback or ideas you can offer will be greatly appreciated

No problems with me. Picking up at Rebel is ok. But I do see others have problems (country members).
I liked the calendar. Maybe a full size one?

    All good for me,

Liked the hat this year, much more substantial.

The sarcastic side of me wants to say a couple of packs of tissues wouldn't go astray!

I haven't even picked up my pack yet as the Rebel Sports near me were out of the Adult packs pretty quick.

Not a biggie I guess but perhaps if members nominated a Rebel Sport to collect it from. Or maybe they can just mail it out like every one else.

I have to remember to take my letter to a game.

Not exactly Members Pack, but I'm not a fan of the pasty, pale blue on the cap and jerseys this year. Looks a bit sickly, and not at all like the 'Indian Ocean blue' that it is supposed to represent.

It's been getting paler for a few years - trying to pick up disenfranchised Waratahs supporters??!

As an Interstate Member - my daughter - this was all purchased, paid for and delivered prior to Christmas. This was an outstanding effort by the RugbyWA Membership Team and greatly appreciated.

As far as whats included for a teenager/child. I would think more age appropriate items ie; Posters, Autograph book, Collector Cards might work better. But the ZoeMonster is certainly very happy with what she received.

Not about the packs per se, but they need to separate the idea of foundation members/years the club has been running from years of membership. Our group has a mix of foundation and more recent members. We got pins at 5 and 10 years, the newer members have never received either. I would have thought there should have been things celebrating 10 years of the club (shirts, caps, etc) and the small something to specifically recognise the foundation members, but then also a recognition for all the other members when they achieve a milestone.

Also , they need to ensure there are always packs available at the game. They were apoarently "out" last weekend.

Yeah, my son and I are not foundation members, but we have been members since the games moved to NIB (so, 6 years, maybe..?). It would have been nice to have received a 5 year pin, as mentioned by AndyS.

I'm yet to successfully get a members pack since they stopped delivering them - the few times I managed to remember to take a letter to rebel sports or the game, there have been none available

Otherwise - pins are good. How about member pins every season with the current year on it?

I would like to get rid of the letter.

everyone has a members card, present it at rebels or at the game. have a web portal that the guys can access and say that you have picked it up. I keep forgetting my letter at the games!

Also, i got a 5 year pin this year.

Perhaps the option of a cap or sun visor.. and a different colour cap or visor to recognize 10 year and 5 year members.
What has been received for inaugural members so far have been a tad ordinary, and as each member reaches a milestone to receive the appropriate pin at least

at the risk of being mobbed, i like the visor, and have two of them. I get an itchy head when i wear hats, so i can actually use the visor.
