I would like to see...better recruitment strategies implemented.

I would like to see bucket hats for a change as I don't wear baseball hats and defiantly not the visor! I like the idea of a full size calendar (with shirts on please Alison). Pick up from Rebel hasn't been a problem for me.

I always pick up my pack from the Store, much easier for me. I loved the oval metal keyring we got in the early years and still use mine. I wish there was a better range of ladies wear. We were able to buy a great singlet a few years back. I always wear a bucket hat and it might be an idea to have this as an alternative to the cap for those that would prefer it

I liked the idea of having the choice between cap or discount; or cap or scarf. Tbh, I have more caps than I know what to do with so being able to choose something else is good.

Rebel shop for pick up works well for me. But the letter system seems admin-intensive & costly - could there be a cheaper way of doing it electronically? Like sending the letter electronically with a barcode that Rebel could read electronically?? A bit like how boarding passes for flights can be sent and scanned electronically nowadays?

I really like seeing all the different caps when down at the beach.

Not a part of the members pack, but would love to have a big Western Force beach towel.

What are these bucket hats you speak of?

I wouldn't like the boofheads in front of me wearing large hats it would block my view of the game.

I've tried twice to pick up my young fellas and my packs at the game and each time i've been told there was no more hats available at the ground on that night because they had an influx of memberships. I think a beach towel sounds cool, maybe a special commemorative jacket or some thing that only foundation members can buy.(With pockets big enough for a box of tissues for each game)

I would love to see returned the sleeveless zip fronted vest. They were perfect for just that day/evening when it was a little chilly and one didn't need a jacket with sleeves..
Another reason I'd like them returned is to replace the one I had "stolen"..

We picked ours up at first home game and were told no caps. Wouldn't normally be much of an issue but I would have liked the 10 year edition.

They used to do a beach towel. I have two of them.

No problems with picking up the member pack from Rebel. Happy with the hat.

I agree with Gaffachino also. The member experience should be driven less by everyone's expectation as to what they are going to get included in their packs every year. I don't really care. If I want Force merchandise I am prepared to buy it and hopefully this helps the club out in some way.

What I do care about is the team investing in improving itself and performing on-field.......do this and you will attract and retain more members.

Picking up was all good. Liked the option to get a discount in store on the day, or keep your voucher for the team store.
I like this years hat, probably my favourite so far.
The stickers this year seemed a bit 'hard to read', while the emphasis on the 10 years is important, it doesnt have a lot of 'impact' as far as design goes... but the little smaller sticker is a nice touch, for kids folders, beer fridges, strangers cars etc.
    No complaints otherwise.
