Maybe it's time to introduce some guidelines when criticizing/commenting on players.

No name-calling or derogatory personal attacks but instead offer an arm-chair expert critique of performance with constructive criticism and suggest positive solutions?.

2 members of the security were just down right rude so I reported them to NIB staff right in front of them.. First for being abusive to an 75 yr old fan for taking time to climb some stairs and myself for having 1 foot in a no standing area while I waited for a friend..Their attitude was so rude..
