    New signing

In The West story on Tai I came across this

    Force favourite back in fold
    Nick Taylor
Former Western Force and Wallaby hooker Tai McIsaac has returned to the Super Rugby club as specialist line-out coach and head coach of the Future Force academy for the next three seasons.
The Force have also signed 2011 Junior World Cup winner, winger Mitchell Scott, from New Zealand National Provincial Championship club Tasman Makos as an overseas development player.
Scott, a son of late All Blacks scrum-half Stephen Scott, replaces Tino Nemani. After signing, the Fijian sustained a leg injury which ruled him out of the pre-season and the start of the Super season.
Scott's recruitment leaves the Force with one spot to fill. There is a slim chance that cult winger Nick Cummins could return next season, but the club is waiting for a decision by his Japanese club, Red Sparks.
The squad must be finalised by the end of the year.
McIsaac, one of the Force's most popular members, retired in 2009 to coach at Honda Heat and Toyota Industry Shuttles in Japan, but was keen to return to Perth.
The foundation Force player had talks with the club and had a brief spell working with the forwards last year, but the call to return came out of the blue.
"It happened all of a sudden, the call offering me the role, and I was over the moon," McIsaac said.
"I was at the stage where I had been overseas long enough. I was keen to finish up in Japan and I was waiting for that opportunity. The timing was perfect."
McIsaac played in all 52 matches from the Force's inception until his retirement.
As head of the academy program, McIsaac will be in charge of developing players, taking them through the National Rugby Championship and into the main Force program.
"It's an exciting time to be returning," he said. "This is a great opportunity to be involved in the next generation of Force players."

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

Tough break for Nemani...anyone know whether he will retain some link, or has been cut completely loose?

Looks like a grafter, so glad we have gone outside of Australia and not picked a fringe eastern stater looking for gig.

The simple answer appears to be "NO".

The NRC has highlighted a number of players with potential but still a long way to go.
They include: Fielea, Vaa and Joubert.

The only Back in the EPS is Brad Lacey.

The WF needs a 30 man squad all capable of competing in 2015.
We're looking a bit lean in the Back 3 - especially if Cummins is not released by Japan.

Mitchell Scott will go well with Neddies when not required by the WF. They already have a heap of young Tasman players at the club

Players new to the state such as this guy with no previous club affiliation should be directed to clubs such as Joondalup or Wanneroo. Perennial top 4 clubs should not be allowed to strengthen already strong club's if the comp across the board is to grow.

Unfortunately it's a fact of life that good players tend to want to go to good clubs.
