    Club rugby format for 2015??+faceless+faceless

No one is happy with this years format lets throw some ideas at hansie and co.

Firstly stand alone Premier rugby 1,2,3's with Joondalup being the 10th club for next season but they will need assistance with getting a few more players coaches and at least 3 fringe Force players to the club the same goes with wanneroo give them a hand dont kick them when there down.

Look to bring Rocky-Mandurah set up of some sort in for 2016 again they will need your help Hansie
i am sure they can work it out and some coin for recruitment cause no force players will go down there
    .
In 2017 look to bring in EITHER Arks or Curtain as the 12 th club again will need help from rugby wa

8 club premier comp, through to fifth grade.. Current clubs minus wanneroo. Every other club to be disestablished. You want to play rugby head o a proper club.

I think it's too late ,damage has been done ,over the whole fuck up, volunteers are walking out at the end of the season and someone else can try and fix it.

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

Yep, like I said a couple of months ago, dismantle the existing setup and begin afresh with new club boundaries.

Doesn't work. You have clubs like Cott & Nedlands who have the numbers and quality of player to provide strong teams in grades 1 - 5, not all clubs can do this. Nedlands have guys running around in 4ths or 5ths who were playing 1st grade 2 years ago, other clubs have guys who have just taken up the game or who are the wrong side of 50.. If Joondalup are in 1st grade next year and are required to provide teams in grades 1 - 3 (let alone 1 - 5) they will find themselves in a world of pain...

And additionally there will always be "junior" clubs that will never be in the Prems and are happy fielding social sides year after year. They need to be catered for as well.

Such as Kwinana who Neddies whacked on a hundy against last week, throw in Bunbury and Swan who default quite regularly. The grade for them is Fifth grade however heard that Southern Lions bar take is up by a third so everything is fine.
Doesn't seem to matter that Prem clubs are struggling massively with drops of at least 50 percent.
We simply can't survive another season like this one.
A wise man predicted this at the previous council of clubs meeting, well actually probably didn't have to be too wise, just has a bit of common sense

That's why I didn't include joondalup... Lol and I said the rest of the clubs to be disestablished! But for a better spread you could probably drop baysie and add joondalup.. Concentrate on building the big 8..what's the point of these small clubs? Someone gets upset at a real club and starts a new club which then requires help from rugbywa.. Who in turn try and please everyone with this piece of shit draw they've come up with.. Bugger the district comp, build a strong premiership.

Heard Arks are not interested in going back up to Prems, what's the oil there Seven Mile.
Joondalup have a great set up and look to be well organised with plenty of atmosphere and enjoyed having a beer with some decent rugby men on Sat.Some pretty handy young players going round as well. They know they will struggle for a start but with 460 juniors it wouldn't take long to get them up to scatch

Why drop Baysie? 100yrs of club, comfortable in numbers to 4ths and building well in juniors? And with 3rd generation families!!

Some of these smaller clubs simply exist because there are people that live in other WA towns that want to play rugby e.g Mandurah, Bunbury, Margaret River, Kal etc etc And in Perth, there are areas that simply do not have the player base to support a Premiership team plus 4 other grades. It's a very simplistic solution to fixing the issues in WA rugby - 8 Clubs, 5 grades, but it's not going to work. Or to put it another way RWA won't or can't 'disestablish' 10+ clubs.

For years now RWA has had it easy when it comes to organising local rugby, but now it's a little bit more complicated, they've got no clue what to do. 18 teams in the Champ A league, with 100 point floggings.. I could have told them at the start of the season there is no way teams like Kwinana are going to be able to be competitive against teams like Nedlands. I just hope these chumps aren't being paid to do their job. That would disappoint me greatly.
