Can someone enlighten me? Why F45?

I think it's because the sessions are 45 min sessions, so F45 = Fitness45???

From elsewhere it seems that 45 min workout with each activity sustained at max for 45 seconds and then 15 secs to get to next activity.

The end result is either fitness or death!!
