U17 JGC DECIDER - HOME FINAL

After an impressive win in the Northern Conference decider on 29 March, WA will host Victoria for the National title.

Venue - UWA Sports Park ( McGillivray Oval) Mount Claremont
    Date - Saturday 5 April
    Time - 11:00am

The Junior Gold Cup has illustrated the progress of the game outside the rugby heartlands of Sydney and Brisbane. WA and Victoria have been the standout teams of the competition and the final should be a cracker.

There was an excellent crowd last Saturday, despite the weather. With a very promising weather forecast for this weekend, there should be a big turnout!

Hope to see you all there.

It is a pity that so many players of this age group are scheduled for Brittannia and will be playing when this is on.

TBH, I thought this should have been the big headline in the Cut Out pass. Send it to all those non-club aligned Force supporters, make a big deal about it being the next generation and encourage them to get down. Disappointing.

And many congrats to Patty Davis, a local lad with pretty darn good rugby heritage, who has been selected to referee this GF.

Big congrats to the WA 17's from the weekend . What a great bunch of young men . Played all their games with some style and physicality.

well deserved win after 6 plus months of hard work .

Hard to name a best player. They had 3 or 4 Under 16's in that group as well . Gus Martyn and Grant Oakley did a great job as coaches
