The neighbour was grateful that it identified the fact his system wasn't as sophisticated as he was lead to believe..he had them straight out and working on it yesterday...Too late for us unfortunately..

Thanks everyone for your support.... One thing I have learnt from all this horrible business, take photo's, lots especially with you wearing the items, and keep valuation certificates up to date.. keeping receipts I suppose would be a good idea, and maybe just have a file for specific portable items like jewellery, cameras, etc..
I did a full infantry of all my belongings after losing a house in a Cyclone in Pannawonica, and I religiously kept it up to date for about 5 years then like all things I just got slack..
