Dont throw stones if you live in a glass house yourself idiot

    Some local junior gossip
Rumour has it that a Joondalup senior official has accused other clubs of poaching Joondalup Junior players and coaches. In a very long aggressive letter addressed to the WAJRU( Western Australian Junior Rugby Union) the Joondalup official states that a certain person has been in contact with Joondalup players trying to convince then to move to another club.
After a bit of investigation it has now come to light that these players are actually ex championship winning players from other clubs that were poached a few years ago by Joondalup. These players now wants to return to their old clubs due to the grass not being as green as what was originally promised......

Further rumour has it that this week a Joondalup official has been at his old tricks contacting coaches( Major and Minor champions winning coaches) and players from other clubs trying to convince them to move from their current clubs to Joondalup.

So on the one hand Joondalup is accusing people of poaching current players but then on the other hand Joondalup is doing exactly the same but calls it recruitment..... It will be interesting to see how Joondalup officials now explains their actions or try to get out of this whole debacle by denying everything.
the title of this thread says it all......

So I take it that the accused club is the one you're affiliated with?

I also assume that their actions are as pure as the driven snow?

Seriously mate, I don't even hold Rockingham up as a shining light in the whole player poaching argument anymore, I'm no longer closely associated enough to know and it sounds to me like the horse trading is ubiquitous. Surely that would introduce an element of no harm no foul?

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

Just wait for kilos of the brown stuff to hit the celing now that Nedlands have officiall declared they are setting up a Juniors training base in the northern suburbs. Total arrogance that they think they can wade through and over everyone else when they have done buggar all to encourage juniors at their own club in the past. RugbyWA/WAJRU must stop it - ha that's a joke. They won't do anything to upset Nedalnds will they

Technically in 2015 no one in Club Rugby will be allowed to be paid.

So it will be interesting how Clubs will recruit players, or encourage players to change clubs.

having been involved with Nedlands juniors in the past, your claim that Nedlands have done buggar all to encourage Juniors is an outright lie
I suggest you change your user name to something else

The more kid's playing rugby the better, surely that's everyone's number one priority. Having said that don't think Bally can find an adequate training ground anyway but if he does good luck to him

That will never be able to be monitored especially in the Wild West where anything goes however most clubs are now communicating with each other and trying to keep out the mercenaries with only a few clubs still not getting it
