    JOC's management

I know Shane Warne's brother was his manager for quite a period in his career

I would have thought it would have been advisable for him (depending on dads qualifications and suitability) for the role for him to have the right management group around him to allow him to focus on his primary role as a rugby player. Parents in my view should be their as a sounding board and a support network for their kid/s someone for whom they can go and get 100% unbiased feedback and advise about things he is doing well and what he isn't doing well
JOC is managed by David Shand out of Brisbane. David also manages James Hanson

Ewen McKenzie is reportedly set to be named the new Wallabies coach on Tuesday.

The Queensland head coach has beaten his Brumbies counterpart Jake White to replace Robbie Deans, according to Fairfax Media.

Deans is contracted until the year of the season but the Wallabies' most recent series defeat to the British and Irish Lions has put the ARU under pressure to end his six-year tenure five months early.

ARU chief executive Bill Pulver was expected to meet with Deans on Monday.

The Wallabies' next Test match is against the All Blacks in Sydney on August 17 in the first match of The Rugby Championship.

I think the timing is right for a change. I don't think Deans should shoulder all of the blame for the poor Wallaby performances, he was dealt a few pretty poor hands over his tenure. Personally I think McKenzie is picking up at a stage where the Wallabies are about to move on into a more successful stage and he's the right man for the job. Hopefully his Achilles heel is not Cooper.
