Does it matter they would just bring in a heap of no names from, yes you guessed it Shute Shield cos those in charge of the whole rugby set up here in WA from top to bottom are from NSW and if it wasn't for them we would all still be walking backwards

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

The Western Force = WA !!!

    or am I missing something?

Seriously. In NSW the Waratahs are (and always have been) the state team. Talk to a Queenslander about the Reds! More relevently there is not a rugby player in Canberra who doesn't see the Brumbies as being the ACT state team.

So why do WA rugby players think the Western Force and the "WA state side" are two different teams?

Is it because the Board of RugbyWA have made absolutely ZERO efforts in 8 years of professional rugby to create a genuine pathway for WA players from schoolboy rugby to club rugby to the Force to the Wallabies?

Lookin at the table is there ANY argumant that we woudl be doing any worse if we had a more inclusive WA element to our squad.

Certainly John Welborn doesnt think so. Did anyone else hear him on radio? How come a guy like that is not on the Board?

WA will be better represented next year:

    Godwin, Longbottom, Haylett-Petty, Holmes

While the Tahs forward pack may not have been their best, there was nothing wrong with Mitchell, Betham, Kingston, Crawford, Foley, McGibben in their back line, juust about their best

I had to (Schoolgirl giggle) at the WForce's Twitter message

Thanks @NSWWaratahs, congratulations on a good hard win. We'll see you next season.

Should of read, "Thanks @NSWWaratahs, congrats on turning up to get the 4 points. We'll see you next season with the same results as WE DONT IMPROVE"

You call our team the Western Farce? You must read too many articles from the DailyMail.
Were you wearing your British Lions jersey on wednesday nights game also?

Seriously and no offence to Tazz but I'm sick of 'next year' it never comes.

I've watched more rugby league this year as I'm over the Farce.

It's a losing franchise who will at best be mediocre. We are not and never will be a Force.

Lets say for conversation sakes a new WA team started up, black and gold colours, won games and were the pride of Super rugby how quick would you drop the Force?

I gotta say I'm surprised to hear you say that WRLF. Even though I sussed you as a Mungo lover

Did you give Wales away so easily during all those years in the Rugby wilderness?

This franchise had the deck stacked from day 1. There are some good WA boys coming through now. Today was a step back in an improving season compared to the past couple. Keep the faith. Dead set.

I love the Bunnies and the Blue boys.

Wales were always going to come back again at some point, same as NZ the country won't put up with losing and heads have to role because of it.

We don't have this same power with the Force, I've lost faith with them. There a premier grade club side at best.

What is John Welborn doing? Who ever the CEO of the force is, replace him with Welborn if he's not W.A Black and Gold born and/or raised!!

Wishful thinking though, there's know way the NSWRU/ARU would allow the Force to be W.A run.

CEO's, like coaches, need a little breathing space to put their stamp on an organisation. Neither of ours have had sufficient.

With regard to WRLF's comment about NZ and Wales; WA is NOT a heartland! It's a frontier that's had little help ( and that may be changeing). It is what it is. Accept it.
