    Lions fans

Is it just me or did they seem somewhat more reserved this time around? I'm pretty sure I remember more chanting, etc. at the WACA 12 years ago. Dare I hope that we don't get a repeat of the 2001 Gabba nightmare?

They didn't seem very rugby savvy, when O'Driscoll was pinged for losing his feet in a ruck middle of the second half and I gave it the old 'doing it all night' call i received several disapproving stares and one bloke explained to me that it was the first time he'd been penalised and he was never going to be sent off for that.

I just shut up and let him get on with massaging his crotch.

Probably torn loyalties, seeing as most of them are filthy traitors to the motherland and are force supporters on any other day, they were quiet until one team had the game locked away then they knew which team to support for the win.

I got the impression most of them were British WA residents who don't regularly go to rugby but will go to big events and bring their families with them. This probably explains their quiet nature. Once we get to the 1st test, a lot more UK tourists will be there and the lunacy will begin.
