Final 6 for the Wallaby Squad

Did anyone see on the rugby club tonight Kearns selected Brown in the final 6 and Horan picked McCalman and both picked MMM.

I thought MMM was our only chance but maybe not.

I assumed it would be this:

    -palmer
    -Douglas or Pyle
    -MMM
    -White or Burgess
    -Cooper or McCabe
    -Mogg or Beale

    Cooper, Beale, Burgess

    MMM, Douglas, George Smith

Pek Cowan has been absolutely outstanding. His form must have had them looking closely. he carries the ball very well these days, his crummaging has been impressive and his defence has been chiropractic. How times have chamged........Australian rugby is runneth over with quality props. Scott Sio for the Brumbies has a bright future as well.

Totaly gobsmacked when Brownie was mentioned by Kearnsy.
Not surprised by MMM being in the mix but will he be playing in the Lions match or will the Wallabies be keeping their powder dry?
I love the older Lions format were they play all the provincial teams but I'm a little worried that the provincial teams will and can be used as games to "take out" potential Wallabies.
I hope we don't put Nick in a position that he is trying to prove something that we all know he can do.
We aren't going anywhere in the Super 15 table.
So lets put our best 22 on the paddock and let them walk off with pride and every TWF supporter stay with them and celebrate a great game!
    And a win!

I have not been surprised by Pek, I fact I was surprised he wasn't picked as captain. Nothing against Hodgo who has done great. But Pek does have that little "something".

I'm assuming the 1st 25 picked won't be playing but master coach Dingo Deans has left a few spots open so that the rest of the country will put their body on the line against the Lions in the hope of getting a last place.

It's about the only smart thing Deans has ever done
