i agree boog - they were certainly in it and never gave up the fight. i also appreciated that after the final whistle they went straight into a team huddle and seemed to be "together" as a team.

i feel a sense of solidarity/mateship forming here that is really going to build.

also agree with the previous comments regarding Sias - he was the turning point of our match. he played a very good tactical kicking game in the first half. when he went off injured you could see they were attempting to stick to the gameplan of putting in kicks to turn and tire the Cheetahs, but Dellit and Topou do not have the same skillset as Sias.

kicks that, in the first half, were hitting the corners with pin-point accuracy or hitting space behind the wings/fullback, turned into aimless up-&-unders and 5m chipkicks.

In this case Dellit & Topou (who are both big, fast guys) might have been better off running the ball back at speed....
