Easy to say when rugby union is your number one sport with little else competing for the highly talented youngsters.

Easy to say when you have a great third tier comp (NPC) to develop talent

Easy to say when your franchises are brimming over loaded with talent

Easy to say when you do not get stiffed at every turn by your own union (ARU)

Easy to say when relocating players is a hop, skip and a jump away from their families.
