Just read that this will be the last game hosted in NT, as the government do not get enough exposure for the game with the investment they have staged over the past two years. 300k has been paid by the NT gov to secure the rights to the pre-season game involving the brumbies.

The structure of the deal works well for the brumbies, as all grandstand tickets are completely "subsidised" by the NT government, as the $40 price includes a remote brumbies membership package, which is valued at $40. The only money made by the NT gov/rugby is in non grandstand ticket sales and profits from ground facilities.

So for the 300k investment, those not part of the innforcers tour have to rely on Jargs - good luck

Not interested in a Win, but a good performance with NO INJURIES... last 3 years we have had someone broken down in our first pre-season game.
