It's his ankle, not his knee. SMH reporting it is not as bad as first thought and responded well to physio after the game. Fingers, toes and everything else crossed!!

    Phipps is crappola!!

yeah, when digs took the 10 out in the air, he did the typical italian dive and roll manouveour, which basically means im not really hurt, but he did something bad!

No one rolls around like that when they are hurt, unless it is bad enough to be air-bagged off.

the guy who got stretchered off im guessing is dislocated knee or broken something in the leg.

Yeah but there was nothing wrong with his other leg, he could've hobbled off like the Shetland did.

Another great selection by Deans, no second rower on the bench so Timani wasn't dragged despite having an absolute shocker

Micro Bergamasco - fractured kneecap. He looks set to miss the 6 Nations and maybe the rest of the NH season.

I'm hoping Sheehan isn't too badly injured. not only do we need him for next year, but if the choice for the Wales game next week is a half-fit Sheehan or a fully-fit Phipps, I say saddle up the Shetland!

He looked in a lot of pain so I was surprised they didn't give him the green whistle.

Sheehan on crutches would be a better option then a fully fit Phipps

Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.
