    ARU Control of appointments

    http://www.foxsports.com.au/rugby/wa...-1226463663271

The article was about the ARU doing it the NZ way where they would select coaches. Does that mean that the Force would not have been able to select John Mitchell and the Brumbies Jake White.

I may be paranoid but I think the ARU would prioritise their franchises
    1. Waratahs the heartland (they could vote me out of office)
    2. Reds hill billy heartland
    3. Rebels (Commercial reasons)
    4. Force
    5. Brumbies

Maybe move players to make the heartland work

I like the idea of independence personally........however, a couple of things

The Force management is incompetent and nothing can be done about it unless they fall on their swords

We haven't won the Bledisloe for 10 years so it's time to look at what the kiwis are doing. It's clearly superior to our set up, systems and coaching

    I'm open minded

You mean the way they do (or used to) in Ireland and Wales?

as macattack suggested to me a few days ago - the best thing we can do to upset the monopoly NZ has over rugby - is export AFL there!!

Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.
