To give David credit it was not only the Force travel that was an issue, but every time there was a wallaby camp and when he needed to see familily it added to his already high travel schedule.

With wallaby camps such as the one at the moment he would be flying in and out of Sydney every week as well.

Lets all move on, he gave his all for us while he was with us and we were privildge to watch a young raw 17 year old transform into the wallaby captain, and for that I am thankful and greatful

I think what David is really concerned about it that all that flying is making up a gigantic carbon footprint. Ohh wait...

A unique insight from our captain. Surely Pocock would have been one of the lads to get bumped up.

Tried to get the seat changed ..as I was a Platinum FF at that stage..but no go..all the exit rows were for the Players...Sharpie was very dsappointed I couldn't sit by him all the way to Sydney..(in my dreams...LOL!!! )

I think the topic is pretty much done with anyway.

David gave 7 good years to the Force and felt it was time for a change whatever his reason(s).

Lets not sully the memory of his huge input at the Force.

All the best at the Ponies David.

Thanks for your posting Todd4. I was as disapointed as anyone about David leaving but I have found some of the comments in this thread distasteful to say the least
